Butter Kitchen by BBP is an extension of Butter Boy Pretzels and my personal space to create freely through cooking and baking, exploring flavors and techniques I love. Here you might find unique pretzel flavors, gourmet sliders, scratch-made dips, or other special baked creations. Items from this test kitchen concept are released in limited quantities so that I can focus on the care and time each creation deserves when inspiration hits. Because these creations are not part of the regular menu, you may see them only a few times. I hope you'll enjoy them when they appear.
